One of the most critical points in a conveyor structure is the loading station, where material reaches the belt. The pieces falling from the heigth damage and deform the rubber belt constantly, which also causes damages on the surface, and at the end the belt is cut through.The damage and energy caused during the fall is absorbed by impact bars even more efficient than by impact rollers
The impact bars are made by vulcanisation from 3 different elements: |

on the top there is a special polyethylene layer with a very good friction coefficience on which the belt is sliding easily

a thick rubber layer absorbs the dynamic energy |

a long aluminium profile helps to fix the profile to the conveyor structure |
Type TG 50 is designed fora capacity less than600 t/h.
Type TG 75we recommend in case of a load higher than 600 t/h.
Profiles shall be installed repalcing the former rollers by putting an additional profile to the structure of the roller stations. The number of the impact bars is depending on the width of the belt.
